No. UltraView™ 3.0 uses 360° 3D LiDAR and AI dual vision to identify grass, define lawn edges, and create a 3D map. You can refine boundaries, zones, and no-go areas in the MOVAhome app.
How large a lawn can it manage?
The LiDAX Ultra 2000 AWD is designed for a single map up to 0.5 acre. It also supports dual maps and up to 150 zones for separate areas and tailored mowing plans.
Can it handle steep or uneven ground?
Yes. Four-wheel drive with independent suspension handles slopes up to 80% (38.6°) and crosses vertical obstacles up to 2.4 inches. Floating cutting discs follow contours to help avoid scalping.
How close does it cut to an edge?
UltraTrim™ 2.0 cuts within 1.2 inches of edges. Omni wheels also let the mower turn tightly and smoothly without dragging across the turf.
What cutting heights are available?
Cutting height adjusts electronically from 1.2 to 3.9 inches in the MOVAhome app, so you can adapt it to different grass types and seasonal preferences.

Runtime is approximately 150–170 minutes, covering about 0.2–0.25 acre per charge. It returns to its dock automatically and resumes where it stopped.
Will it avoid pets and objects?
The LiDAR and AI vision system recognizes more than 300 obstacle types, including moving objects and items as small as 0.8 × 0.8 inches. Animal-aware settings include low-speed safety, activity zones, and do-not-disturb periods.
Can it mow at night or under trees?
